- Coach construction and chassis: Built on a conventional Class C cutaway chassis with a factory-installed cab-to-coach integration. Factory equipment includes driver convenience items such as an automatic transmission, power steering and power brakes, factory-installed mirrors and lighting, and heavy-duty coach batteries with shore power charging system.
- Sleeping and living areas: Cab-over bunk above the driver’s compartment and a convertible dinette/sofa arrangement provide multiple sleeping configurations. Interiors use tan-tone fabrics and coordinated cabinetry surfaces. Ample overhead storage cabinets and wardrobes are installed in the living and sleeping areas.
- Kitchen: Factory kitchen includes a three-burner range with oven, a microwave mounted above the counter for reheating and cooking, and a 2- or 3-way refrigerator (operable on 12V/110V and propane) with freezer compartment. The sink is a recessed stainless or composite double basin with a pull-out faucet, and the countertops include a built-in cover for extra workspace. Lower cabinets and drawers provide storage for cookware and utensils.
- Bathroom: Full bathroom with a molded shower enclosure, sliding or curtain shower door, vanity with sink and countertop, and a flush toilet. A roof vent/skylight and mirrored medicine cabinet are standard coach items.
- Climate control and water systems: Roof-mounted air conditioning and a propane-fired furnace for heating were factory options/standard items depending on trim; domestic water heater (propane and/or 110V) supplies hot water to the galley and bath. Freshwater tank, gray and black holding tanks with drain valves, city water hookup and onboard water pump are factory-installed.
- Electrical and power: 30-amp shore power inlet with corresponding interior receptacles, shore-to-coach battery charging, interior lighting (overhead, task, and accent lighting), and multiple 12V accessory circuits. Many Minnie Winnies of this period were offered with a factory-installed Onan generator as an option; units may be equipped with a factory generator, shore power system and generator transfer circuitry.
- Entertainment and convenience: Factory radio/stereo with AM/FM and CD/cassette options, interior TV mount and antenna, and multiple interior convenience outlets. Window coverings and blinds, privacy shades, and interior carpeting or vinyl flooring in specified areas were standard.
